On Monday, September 19, the celebrities, paired with their dancing pros, took to the dance floor for the first time with the hopes of impressing judges Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli and Derek Hough....

Picking up soon after the end of the first game, players — now in control of a new Horseman, Death — will work their way through the world of the Abyss. Boasting a larger world, full weapon and armor upgrades, and a new loot system, Darksiders 2 promises to be a vast improvement over its predecessor. This, of course, isn’t the first time that a Darksiders sequel has been teased, but with first details popping up, it makes it all the more real....

Set for the first time in an open-world environment, Dead Rising 3 was announced to be an exclusive Xbox One title which will launch later this year. Instead of bringing back Chuck Greene this time around, Capcom has opted to introduce in a new main character for Dead Rising 3....

Visceral Games is pulling no punches this time around as they work hard to top their previous game and prove that Dead Space is deserved of a franchise. Luckily, for any players who played the first title - they will be able to access the iconic plasma cutter from the outset. Like many sequels, Dead Space 2 will access a player’s save game file from the first title - though this time it isn’t about storyline it’s all about dealing out some gruesome payback....

Jake Mangle-Wurzel was a notorious hoarder who died with a large number of quirky items abandoned at his property. This included wacky inventions, torture devices and headless mannequins. Mangle-Wurzel died last year at the age of 83 after a short battle with skin cancer, and was laid to rest within the grounds of the home in Huddersfield in West Yorkshire, England. He rose to fame in the 1980s and appeared on various television shows throughout the years, including a documentary about himself that aired in 2015....

Disney was apparently so pleased by how well their new villain backstory film is performing that they’ve greenlit an eventual continuation to Cruella, complete with director Craig Gillespie and writer Tony McNamara returning in their respective positions. This meshes particularly well with Gillespie’s previous remarks that he’d be open to directing another Cruella movie, so looks like everybody’s happy. Obviously, with there having been only a week since its release, almost nothing is known about the upcoming sequel, from the premise to the release date....

While our four-pawed companions give off an aloof air from day to day, studies have shown that close contact is actually hugely important to overall feline health. In 2014, scientists from the University of Queensland’s School of Veterinary Medicine in Australia divided 139 cats into two groups. For 10 days, one group of cats was gently stroked and talked to four times a day for at least 10 minutes....

But now that the original Crysis has release date for the PS3 and Xbox 360, it seems PC enthusiasts might have one less title to show off. Earlier this year rumors started to spread that Crysis would be coming to consoles, a rumor, as with all rumors in the video game industry, has now been confirmed. Crytek calls the PSN/XBLA release of Crysis a remake of the original, and rightly so....

KayIa Mailer, 32, from Portland, Oregon, first noticed the freckle on her face at the age of 12 and over the next decade or so it formed a perfect heart shape mark that people would compliment her on. “From at least 6th grade I had a mole on my cheek and right below it was a flat freckle,” Mailer told Kennedy News and Media. “Over time that flat freckle became more and more prominent and by the time I was 26 it had formed into a heart shape and was super cute....

Last week saw Sailor Brinkley-Cook eliminated after being tied for the top score of the evening. Though she showed major improvement and potential, the dancer was still sent home because fans placed her in the bottom two. Last week was “Boy and Girl Band Week,” and *N-Sync singer, ex-DWTS performer and reality show maven Joey Fatone stepped in to guest-judge after Spice Girl Emma Bunton, originally scheduled to appear as last week’s guest judge, had to bow out due to a scheduling conflict. With only six couples left in the competition, all the couples pulled double duty, dancing to a girl group song and then a boy band song each....
