The segment was already surrounded by controversy as some fans felt “ambushed” according to the Washington Post. “Daily Show” host Jon Stewart even felt the need to preface the segment and explain some of the editing you would later see.
Still, there’s something about a man wearing a Redskins jersey, a head dress and riding around on a tricycle who wants his face blurred after signing a release. Enjoy.
This segment came just one night after Comedy Central’s “South Park” also went after the Redskins and the NFL as a whole, blasting Roger Goodell, Jerry Jones, Ray Rice and yes, Dan Snyder.
