Today the first full Crysis 3 gameplay trailer is out, and as always, Crytek continues to demonstrate their masterful handling of graphics and visuals. EA has got a strong one-two first-person shooter punch with DICE and their Frostbite 2 and now Crytek with their latest CryENGINE.
Players preferring the open, lush daytime jungle aesthetic and enemy human combatants of the first Crysis over that of the Urban alien-focused sequel, then this trailer may be another step away from the original. Crytek is making up for it by adding a variety of new weapons and making the game look simply incredible, pushing the limits of the PS3 and Xbox 360:

The majority of gameplay demonstrated seem to cover only one area/mission of the game, in a secluded jungle area at night against one large group of Ceph forces. With the game not coming for another year, except plenty of additional trailers and reveals, along with a large presence at E3 2012 this summer.
Crysis 2 offered stellar visuals and slick gameplay, but its story was lacking and its enclosed environments became repetitive. Will a quickly-developed sequel rectify that? Will the story surrounding the characters and abilities of the iconic nanosuit make sense after pulling some odd story twists in Crysis 2?
